Yes! Every single bar of soap, tub of body butter, and laundry soap is handcrafted daily by our local artisans right in our Soap Makeries.
What ingredients do you use in your soaps?
We pride ourselves on using simple, plant-based ingredients like coconut oil, olive oil, and shea butter. Our products are free from harsh surfactants, parabens, and animal fats.
How long does shipping take for online orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
We want you to love your scent! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
Are Buff City Soap products safe for sensitive skin?
Because we avoid harsh chemicals and detergents, many customers with sensitive skin find our products very gentle. We recommend trying our 'Naked' (unscented) line if you have specific sensitivities.

Absolutely! When you visit a local Soap Makery, you can customize your favorite products with any of our signature scents to create a unique blend just for you.
