At Buff City Soap, we want you to love your handmade plant-based products as much as we love making them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most of our delightfully scented items.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition and were purchased within the last 30 days either online or at one of our Soap Makeries.

  Gather Documentation

  Locate your order number from your confirmation email or bring your physical store receipt to ensure a smooth verification process.

• 3.
  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal to print a prepaid shipping label, or simply drop by your local Buff City Soap location for an immediate exchange.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we process your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, or you can opt for an instant store credit.
